So, confidence is believing in yourself. Confidence is having self-esteem. Confidence is a key aspect to you becoming the person you want to be. Striking a healthy balance can be challenging. Too much of it and you can come off as cocky and stumble into unforeseen obstacles. Having too little can prevent you from taking risks and seizing opportunities - in school, at home, in your friend group, and beyond.
